Sayonara, Sensei

I’m back. Haven’t been blogging since my work computer’s hard drive died a miserable death and I had to reinstall everything from backups. Getting my boss to finally spring for a licensed copy of Photoshop is a story in and of itself, but I’ll leave it for another time.

Mr. Miyagi died. I always feel really sad when a celebrity that I like dies and it makes me wonder why that is. I don’t know him, never met him, and don’t know anyone who knew him. Well, that last bit is not entirely true. My mother’s cousin, Sonny, was an assistant sound editor on Karate Kid II and she met him. Said he was a really nice guy. Anyway, I’m rambling.

He’s gone and we’ll miss him.
